Our business is about ‘people first’, and how we help them meet their business and personal objectives. Thus our logo represents stylized “people” and is shaped as a circle or sphere. This is a deliberate design element reflecting the importance of collaboration, and the degree of connection between our employees and the clients they serve.

With over 65 years experience, JONES DesLauriers Blevins Insurance Group Inc. is a full-service broker with offices in Toronto and Barrie. The team of 35 professionals offer consulting services, Group Benefits, Retirement Plans and audit services. They are the primary provider to the Canadian long term healthcare market with a focus on senior living and hospitals, as well as the foodservice and construction sectors.

Located in Sudbury, Schuster Boyd McDonald has earned an enviable reputation as being the dominant provider of Group Benefits and Retirement Services to Canadian mining and ancillary services market. Additionally they have a significant presence within the public and social services sectors such as municipalities, school boards, non-profits and children services.

With offices in Dartmouth, NS and Saint John, NB Belmont Health & Wealth is the most recent addition to the JDB Group. Belmont has carved out a niche in the Atlantic provinces focusing on group benefits and retirement with specific expertise in unions and multi-employer plans. Belmont joins the family through a joint venture between JDB Group and Cluett Insurance out of Halifax, NS.

Haigh Financial Group Inc. (HFGI ) provides group benefits consulting, employee benefits plan design, implementation and pension plan administration, as well as life insurance and investment strategies. Unique to HFGI is its Canadian Aboriginal Association Plan (CAAP), an inclusive association employee benefits program for First Nation organizations across Canada. This program is flexible to adequately meet the needs of Status, Inuit, Metis and Non-Status employees.

Canadian Injury Management Services is a firm whose expertise is focused on Disability and Absence Management, and Workers Compensation challenges. They accomplish this by balancing a client’s insurance and legislative obligations while ensuring effective treatment programs are utilized either directly through the insurer, or with referrals supported by the treating agents managing the recovery.

JDB Haddad is a professional legal services firm. They assist with legal aspects of all provincial workers compensation board appeals and tribunals, audits, assessments. They will review of claims to recover costs, change rate groupings, challenge claims, assist with policy writing, human rights reviews and a wide variety of employee issues.

Adminplex Resource Services is a Third-Party Administration company whose aim is to save clients valuable time and money while increasing efficiency. Acting as an extension of a client’s HR group, a dedicated Adminplex team becomes the hub for controlling all data processes, security and outcomes and links directly to the insurance carrier’s system.

To service the needs of our Quebec clients, JDB Group has formed a strategic alliance with Groupe Brissette, based in the Montreal area. Over the past 30 years, Groupe Brissette has built a strong reputation for providing sound strategic counsel coupled with a relentless focus on service.
